• If you are unable to travel to Austria due to a negative travel advice in your home country, you may cancel up to 2 days before arrival. You will then receive the paid travel sum back;
• If there is a quarantine obligation upon return to your home country or upon arrival in Austria and you want to cancel in advance? This is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. You will then receive the paid travel sum back;
• The apartments have always received a good rating for cleaning. We spend even more time and attention to make the apartments super clean for every guest. The apartments contain disinfectant so that you can also clean surfaces extra during your stay.
• We guarantee that you will pay the lowest price when you book through our website. We think it is important to reward customers who book through our site with the lowest price. So we will keep an eye on that for you. If you still find a lower price for a comparable offer (period, apartment, conditions), you will receive the difference in price back.
